SeniorsLivingCommunities.com is free for families — always. Communities choose how they pay: a flat fee per lead, or a flat commission rate on move-in. We offer the same flat commission rates to every community by care type and market — no bidding, no negotiation, no variation.
The key difference? Our matching algorithm is completely independent of payment. Whether a community pays per lead, pays on commission, or hasn't paid us anything at all, your matches are determined by the same 27+ signals: care needs, budget, timeline, location, and more. In the traditional model, variable commission rates may create an incentive to steer families toward specific communities. Our flat, transparent pricing removes that dynamic entirely.

Licensing Data on Every Profile
Every community profile on our platform shows state licensing status and license number, with a direct link to the state licensing database. Some referral services have come under scrutiny for recommending communities with documented care violations. We show everything — including communities that don't pay us anything.
In 2024, the US Senate Special Committee on Aging examined concerns about referral services recommending communities based on financial arrangements rather than family needs. We believe families deserve full transparency — including which communities have licensing issues.
All Communities Are Listed
Any qualifying senior living community can list on our platform for free. Some referral services may require a paid agreement before a community appears in recommendations — meaning families may never see communities that chose not to participate. While communities can pay to show up higher in search results for their area and have additional information on their profiles, communities cannot pay to have preferential treatment in how we match them to you.
