SeniorsLivingCommunities.com is free for families. We make money by selling verified leads to senior living communities. Communities pay a flat fee per lead — not a commission on move-ins.
Commission-based referral services typically earn 50–100% of one month's rent (often $2,500–$5,000) every time a family moves into a recommended community. That creates a financial incentive to steer families toward the community with the highest commission — not the best fit.
All qualifying communities are listed regardless of whether they purchase leads.
Communities that purchase leads are not ranked higher in quiz match results.
We never share your information with communities outside your stated budget.
Our revenue comes from verified connections — not from move-in commissions.

Licensing Data on Every Profile
Every community profile on our platform shows state licensing status and license number, with a direct link to the state licensing database. Commission-based referral services have come under scrutiny for recommending communities with documented care violations. We show everything — including communities that don't pay us anything.

Any qualifying senior living community can list on our platform for free. Commission-based referral services require a paid agreement before a community appears in recommendations — meaning families never see communities that chose not to pay. While communities can pay to show up higher in search results for their area and have additional information on their profiles, communities cannot pay to have preferential treatment in how we match them to you.
